Santorum Vows To Protect Uneducated From Liberal Academia

In a follow up statement to his comments on ‘This Week’, Rick Santorum vowed to protect Americans who do not aspire to higher education. For those who do, he mentioned his desire to cradle conservative children from the evils of liberal academic institutions.

His comments on the Sunday morning show included:

“You talk to most kids who go to college who are conservatives, and you are singled out, you are ridiculed…”

He followed up with an additional statement on Monday the 27th. “We do not believe the heart and soul of the republican party, our children, should have to deal with other points of view, especially ones that are from broad-minded and controversial establishments like universities.”

The Santorum campaign issued a special initiative to address the bias conservative students face when they are exposed to life at higher education institutions.

“We believe our President should stand up for the weak and innocent. Rather than be ridiculed from welfare-loving liberals, Rick Santorum will establish a national support group on his first day in office,” said former Vice President and campaign advisor, Dick Cheney.

Documents shared with the press highlight Rick Santorum’s plan to establish the support group, Conservative Reasoning About Politics (C.R.A.P.), for Reagan-minded students.

“We will also propose that colleges set up a separate establishment for this part of the student body. They should have their own housing, food and perhaps a different curriculum than other students. This will prevent them from the evils of hearing alternative ideas,” said Rick Santorum.

Parents who wish to incubate their conservative offspring from the rigors of collegiate debate, discussion and conversation should register their support at SantorumForPresident.com. The campaign noted parents should look for the page marked, ‘C.R.A.P. for Your Kids.’
